Nine years ago, a beautiful Black Lab with a snow white chest named Bo said goodbye to his friend Gracie (furry cat) at the Forsyth Humane Society. He had been adopted by the Fazenbaker Family and was eager to begin a new life. He spent many happy years learning all about sports with his new family, and proudly wore a Duke collar, but confided in Gracie (who coincidentally had been adopted by the next door neighbor) that he was secretly a Maryland Terrapins fan. Bo and Gracie said hello to each other every day, putting their noses up to the fence that separated their yards.

Now it is Gracie’s turn to say goodbye to Bo. Surviving family members Ron, Lynne, Alicia, Darrell, and Jamie will miss his love and companionship. Sadly, Bo passed away too soon to meet the newest member of the Fazenbaker Family – baby Parker.
